Clients participating in the 26-hour Alcohol Treatment Program will first complete the standard 12-hour program before continuing their counseling to complete the remaining program requirements.

Yes. We offer both the State-Certified 12-hour Alcohol Education Program (AEP) and the 26-hour Alcohol Treatment Program, designed specifically to satisfy Maryland court orders and MVA licensing mandates.

All of our DUI programming is 100% virtual. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The DUI Assessment is $150. Urine Screens are $60 if completed at our Silver Spring office, or $120 if completed at a Labcorp location. The DUI course is $65 per session (for both 12hr AEP and 26-hour Alcohol Treatment Program), with payment due 48 hours before each class starts. Payment is made digitally via Stripe, and they offer a payment plan through Klarna. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide your legal counsel with a letter of enrollment within 24 hours of program enrollment to show the court that you are proactively taking steps to meet your requirements.

No. The 12-hour program fulfills education requirements only. Individuals mandated to complete a 26-hour program are required to participate in the 26-hour Alcohol Treatment Program, which is a more intensive clinical service we offer following the completion of the 12-hour education classes.

Yes. Upon successful completion of your required track, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion accepted by attorneys, courts, and the Maryland MVA to satisfy either the 12-hour AEP or 26-hour Alcohol Treatment requirement.
