This program is designed to offer comprehensive skill-building and symptom management services tailored to the unique needs of each participant. We cater to both adults and minors, with adults receiving services six times per month and minors three times per month. Our program is flexible and accessible, offering a hybrid model of delivery that includes both in-person and virtual sessions.
At the heart of our program are our dedicated Care Champions. These skilled professionals work closely with participants, helping them to identify and articulate their personal goals. Whether it’s gaining employment, enhancing personal relationships, or developing healthier, more productive behaviors, our team provides the support and guidance needed every step of the way.
Note: This program is free for eligible adult and minor Medicaid recipients. We do not offer transportation services.
Our IOP offers a robust and structured approach to treating mental health and substance use disorders. Designed for those who require more support than traditional outpatient care but less than inpatient treatment, our program bridges this critical gap with a flexible yet intensive schedule. Our curriculum is evidenced based and maps to the ASAM Criteria’s six dimensions.
Participants engage in both in-person individual counseling and group therapy sessions. Our dynamic group meetings occur three times per week (M/W/Th) for three hours in the evening (6-9pm). This flexibility allows participants to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving intensive care. Virtual participation is available, if preferred.
Note: IOP is free for eligible adult Medicaid recipients. Additional insurance providers will be accepted in Fall ’24.
Our OP is designed for those who require less intensive treatment for mental health or substance use disorders. This can be a step down offering for those who have graduated from IOP or the ideal option for those with more structure and support at home.
Participants engage in in-person or virtual individual counseling and group therapy sessions. This flexibility allows participants to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving care that meets their needs.
Note: OP is free for eligible adult and adolescent (13+) Medicaid recipients. Additional insurance providers will be accepted in Fall ’24.
